The National K-12 Cybersecurity Education Project Directory
The K-12 Cybersecurity Education Project focuses on one part of the workforce pipeline continuum, the K-12 endeavors, and includes both informal and formal efforts. It is a national effort to document the K-12 cybersecurity education programs on-going throughout the country and to address the goal: to develop a comprehensive agenda focused on the challenges of cybersecurity education at the K-12 level.
The Program Directory lists programs that focus on recruiting and retaining youth to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), with a particularly emphasis on the plethora of career options in the field of Cybersecurity. The purpose of this Directory is to help network, share resources and lessons learned, and collaborate on STEM-related cybersecurity education projects.
The K-12 Cybersecurity Education Project Directory is a valuable resource used to find and catalog information about K-12 cybersecurity programs in one central repository. The directory contains program locations, descriptions, target audiences, resources available within each organization, program and/or organization needs, and contact information. Submitted entries will be reviewed and verified prior to inclusion in the directory.
